UFC 313 went down at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV, and it was absolute mayhem. From brutal knockouts to razor-close decisions, this card had it all.

Main Event: Light Heavyweight Title Fight

Magomed Ankalaev is the new king of the light heavyweight division after edging out Alex Pereira in a gritty five-round war. The judges saw it 49-46, 48-47, and 48-47 for Ankalaev, who used his clinch game and striking volume to sway the scorecards. Pereira stuffed a 12 of Ankalaev's takedown attempts and punishing him with calf kicks, but it wasn't enough to keep the belt. Not one to back down, Pereira immediately called for a rematch, and Dana White seems on board. Stay tuned as this rivalry might not be over.

Co-Main Event: Gaethje Brings the Violence

Justin Gaethje reminded everyone why he's a future hall of famer in the game, securing a unanimous decision over Rafael Fiziev in their rematch. Gaethje ate some big shots but kept moving forward, dropping Fiziev with a savage uppercut in round two. Judges scored it 29-28 across the board, proving that Gaethje is still a major problem in the lightweight division.

Main Card Carnage

  • Ignacio Bahamondes vs. Jalin Turner: Bahamondes wasted no time, slapping on a triangle choke in the first round and forcing Turner to tap at 2:29.

  • Amanda Lemos vs. Iasmin Lucindo: Lemos grinded out a hard-fought decision, with all three judges scoring it in her favor.

  • Mauricio Ruffy vs. King Green: Ruffy stole the show with a spinning wheel kick KO just two minutes into the fight. Straight out of a video game. He walked away with a Performance of the Night bonus, and rightfully so.

Preliminary Card Standouts

  • Joshua Van vs. Rei Tsuruya: Van put on a clinic, winning every round to secure a 30-27 unanimous decision.

  • Brunno Ferreira vs. Armen Petrosyan: Ferreira showed off his slick jiu-jitsu, locking in a triangle armbar in the second round to get the tap.

  • Carlos Leal vs. Alex Morono: Leal made quick work of Morono, landing heavy hands for a TKO finish at 4:16 of round one.
